In 2019, RMS started an embryonic project called #RMSTalks, in which we brought in specialists to deal with relevant topics in our office.
After 7 editions of face-to-face talks, we had to suspend our meetings when gathering people was no longer safe. But thanks to the technology we have available, we have reframed this important project and launched an online version. Thus was born the RMS Talks at Home, adapted to the moment in which we are living and with greater reach, involving the employees of all our units.
In this first virtual edition, which took place on June 23, we were honored to receive Lísia Prado to address the theme “Management of emotions as a competitive differential for the future”.
