• Lawyer at the Ceará State Water Resources Management Company – COGERH, from 1994 to 1995;
• Attorney of the State of Ceará since October 1995;
• Chief of Staff of the Attorney General of the State of Ceará, from March 1995 to April 2002;
• Assistant Attorney of the Attorney General of the State of Ceará, from April 2002 to January 2003;
• Judge of the Regional Electoral Court of Ceará in the Jurist class, 1st Biennium (May 2005 to May 2007) and 2nd Biennium (January 2008 to January 2010).

Academic Experience

• PhD student in Public Law and European Union and Mercosur Integration Processes at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain;
• Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC).
