But thanks to the technology we have available, we have reframed this important project and launched an online version. Thus was born the RMS Talks at Home, adapted to the moment in which we are living and with greater reach, involving the employees of all our units.<\/p>\n<p>In this first virtual edition, which took place on June 23, we were honored to receive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAASz3ogBeyScQmCzaMTO1eV9tBrMqoPYqdg\">L\u00edsia Prado<\/a> to address the theme &#8220;Management of emotions as a competitive differential for the future&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We remain at home working at full speed and today we would like to share with you all these important lessons.
