The 10th Chamber of Public Law of the Court of Justice of S\u00e3o Paulo (TJ-SP), in a recent decision, applied a rule from the State General Inspectorate of Justice that considers the subpoenaed part of a judgment when the trial summary is read in the court itself. Session. This rule, however, is not in harmony with the Code of Civil Procedure and goes beyond the jurisdiction of the S\u00e3o Paulo court.<\/p>\n
